Stacie M. Curtis
President and Founder
Stacie M. Curtis, president and founder of CW Solutions, combines 25 years of real estate experience, focusing on wireless telecommunications and utility projects, with a nationwide background in property acquisition, right of way, title search, zoning and project management, nationwide governmental affairs, and regulatory compliance.
Her accomplishments include working with the State Wireless Association (SWAP) to found the New Jersey Wireless Association, which has grown from a handful of members to more than 2,000 professional members. From 2007 through 2012, she was the first woman President for SWAP, a former SWAP Executive Committee Member and was instrumental in overseeing monetary donations to numerous charitable groups.
Curtis is a member of the New Jersey Wireless Association, various SWAPs, International Right of Way Association Chapter 15, where she is Membership Chair, and New Jersey Utility Association (NJUA). She also has been a member of the Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) since 2014 and currently serves as Secretary.
Curtis is a Forum Committee Representative (FCR) for the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a member of The Women Presidents Organization of Monmouth County (WPO), and also serves on the Advisory Board for Enterprising Women magazine.
In 2014, Curtis participated in the Tuck-WBENC Executive Program, an intensive executive development program for WBENC-Certified Women’s Business Enterprises. She is a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She graduated with honors from The College of St. Elizabeth and holds degrees in legal studies and psychology.
Vice President and Founder
Robert Weible, an attorney who specializes in property acquisition and zoning, is Vice President and Founder of CW Solutions. With more than 20 years of real estate experience, he has a background in right of way, commercial appraisal, title, project management, nationwide governmental affairs and regulatory compliance.
Currently, Weible is a member of State Bars of Florida, New York and New Jersey, United States Supreme Court, and New Jersey District Court. He is a state-certified general real estate appraiser in Florida, and a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida. He is a member of International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Garden State Chapter 15, Region 4, and in 2015 was elected to a two-year term as Treasurer. He also is a member of New Jersey Wireless Association and various SWAPs, and served as chair of the NJWA regulatory committee from 2007 through 2012.
Weible is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law holding a Juris Doctor degree. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Florida.
Director of Property Research
Robert Scimeme, Director of Property Research, began his career with CW Solutions in 2015, specializing in right-of way and land research. He has 17 years of experience researching, documenting and reporting the history and status of land title. His expertise allows him to prepare comprehensive reports on a nationwide level for telecommunications and utility projects. Previously, he was employed as a Title/Foreclosure/Judgment Examiner for State Capital Title & Abstract Co. in Trenton, New Jersey.
Scimeme is a graduate of the University of Maryland, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences. He is an active member of the Maryland Land Title Association (MLTA) and American Land Title Association (ALTA).
