Key Executive Biographies

Stacie Curtis, a principal, managing member and founder, has over twenty years experience in real estate.Of those twenty years, twelve have been within the Wireless Telecommunications Industry with a nationwide background in site acquisition, zoning management, project management, executive management, nationwide governmental affairs and regulatory compliance.

Stacie co-founded CW Solutions, part of CW Consulting Services, Inc., and has been instrumental in driving its growth from a local New Jersey Land Acquisition Corporation to a Nationwide Turnkey Development Corporation focusing on telecom and renewable energies.

Among her professional leadership roles, Stacie also founded the New Jersey Wireless Association along with the PCIA (Wireless Infrastructure Association) and State Wireless Association (SWAP). In addition she currently serves as an active committee member on the SWAP Executive Committee .In addition, Stacie is a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey.

Robert Weible, a principal and founder of CW Solutions, is responsible for managing the staff of CW Solutions and developing new client relations and advising on complex real estate issues.

Robert has almost 20 years of experience in real estate in sales, appraising, legal and consulting. The last 8 years have been concentrated in the wireless communications industry in project management, leasing and permitting in the Northeast. Robert is chairman of the Regulatory Committee for the New Jersey Wireless Association which works with local municipalities on developing ordinances that both protect them and are friendly to the wireless industry. Robert is now directing the Renewable Energy Division that will identify, acquire and obtain the governmental approvals needed to improve land for wind and solar energy facilities.

Michael Wellet, Vice President of Engineering, with more than fifteen years of industry experience, Mr. Wellet has held senior engineering and management positions at several specialty chemical companies. Throughout his career, he has conceived, designed, managed, and constructed a variety of manufacturing and support facilities. Prior to starting with CW he co-founded Hammerhead Engineering, he held senior engineering positions at Degussa and Magnesium Elektron, Inc. Mr. Wellet earned his Bachelors/Masters of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas. Additionally, Mr. Wellet is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Florida in addition to a registered Certified Plant Engineer.

Bridget Lauer, Director of Property Research, has more than 10 years experience in real estate commercial transactions, banking and international business. Throughout her career, she has held senior positions with various title agencies, which brings CW vast legal knowledge and expert detail in preparing title reports. Bridget is a graduate of The University of DeVry, receiving a BA in Business Administration in 2000. In addition, Bridget is a Licensed Title Producer and Notary Public in the State of New Jersey.
