CW Solutions, established in 2002 by Stacie Curtis and Robert Weible, is a national real estate services firm focusing on the utilities and wireless telecommunications industries. This February, the company celebrates 15 years of providing outstanding professional services to ensure safe and reliable infrastructure throughout the state.
The company offers services such as landman services, right-of-way services, site acquisition, title services, project management and total turnkey solutions. From the beginning, the business’s mission is to promote competitiveness and solutions for those in the wireless communications and utilities industries. In pursuit of this goal, CW Solutions has earned several accolades and has aided in the passage of bills that have helped many companies thrive despite onerous regulations and policy changes.
Due to advocacy efforts in the New Jersey State Legislature, CW Solutions guided the passage of New Jersey State Senate Bill 2989, which exempts certain collocations of wireless equipment from site plan approval. The bill was signed into law on January 17, 2012.
In the face of tragedy, CW Solutions provided services to improve the lives of Jersey Shore residents who suffered from the effects of Superstorm Sandy. The company has worked tirelessly to assist with the challenges of rebuilding for individuals with homes and businesses who are facing problems due to eminent domain. For the past 15 years, CW Solutions continues to have a strong, unwavering commitment to the communities we serve.
The company has been commended for both their positive business strategy and their growth in the industry. Through business awards programs, such as the SmartCEO Future50 Award, received in January 2017 as well as past awards from NJBIZ and Inc. 5000 – CW Solutions has demonstrated continuous growth and innovation. The business is certified as a Woman Owned Business, Small Business Enterprise, as well as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, which ensures that the business reaches out to a diverse list of suppliers in the area and industry.
Curtis herself has won awards for her philanthropy work such as the SmartCEO Magazine Brava Award. Additionally, she was also on the list of Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs 2014 and Enterprising Women of the Year award for 2014 from Enterprising Women magazine. She is committed to mentoring women entering the workforce and encouraging women’s business leadership.
CW Solutions has accomplished much in the 15 years since their founding with one client and two employees to our current size with commitment and dedication to ensure that our clients succeed. As CW Solutions moves into the next 15 years, we will continue to expand into other states to provide the services, dedication and experience for the wireless, utility and public works projects that is expected of CW Solutions.
