The NJWA and PCIA collectively worked together with the Bedminster Township Town Council on the Wireless Ordinance Revision, which was adopted on 03.15.10. Please click here to read the ordinance.

The NJWA and PCIA provided comments to the revised ordinance, which was adopted by Franklin Township's Town Council on February 23, 2010 and the effective date is March 15, 2010. Please click here to read the ordinance.

Robert Weible of CW Solutions was recently interviewed in the industry publication Above Ground Level (AGL) about the current zoning climate in the State of New Jersey.

Robert is concerned about the recent increase in municipalities changing their ordinances to make it more difficult for a wireless provider to expand their networks in an already heavily regulated industry. He encourages the consultants, carriers and governmental agencies to continue to work together on properly siting of wireless infrastructure.

“You try to find out what their concerns are,” Weible said. “You are not going to appease everyone, but if you can appease a few, it’s a win-win situation.”
